What specifically do you want to change or heal? People come into therapy:
- to talk
- to vent
- to brainstorm
- to have a sounding board
- to become the best possible version of one’s self
- because of the stress of their lives
Most people enter therapy wanting to change something about themselves, their circumstances or their relationships. My job is to help you take a realistic look at what is possible and to help you get there.
We all have different backgrounds and we all learn and process information differently. Because of this, everyone’s treatment plan is different. Some of the many modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral restructuring, a systems-based family approach, emotional management, trauma reduction techniques, interpersonal skills training, focusing, chakra-work, rehearsal and option building, hypnotherapy and EMDR.
We will work together to come up with the best possible answers for you. This safe setting will allow you to heal and nurture yourself.
